The V-KING mobile gate is a solution for the sector operating within the security of areas and facilities for the duration of construction, renovation, demolition, etc. The gates, which are the most important elements of access control, are equipped with steel bases and concrete loads to stabilize the entire structure without the need for prior foundation and anchoring.

V-KING gate with a base that allows temporary installation without the need to prepare a foundation and anchor the gate to the ground. The solution includes the V-KING gate set on a steel structure (raw steel) together with a concrete load.

Gate equipment: double-leaf folding gate V-King, complete Daab automation (2 automatic units) and Daab control EP 104 -2 located in the IP 65 cabinet. Including 10 edge safety strips, two sets of photocells, two key switches (on the inside with an emergency switch). The base is equipped with a console that stiffens the entire structure and allows transport by forklift.

Design

The gate structure designed from 60x60 mm sections for gates up to 5950 mm wide or 80x80 mm sections for gates from 6000 mm wide. The gate leaf filled with a 25x25 mm steel section. Sections welded to the structure. The wings, which are a broken system, are connected by nodes mounted on rolling bearings. Connecting elements and joints of tendons made of stainless steel. On the wings used LOCINOX stainless steel cable grommets. In the middle of the gate a gripper together with a roller. Posts were adjusted to the strength requirements of the entire structure.

The gate protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating DUPLEX.

DAAB drive

Specialized automation from DAAB is used in V-KING gates. Speed of operation up to 1 m/s. Purpose - intensive operation. For gates with a width of up to 7000 mm, the MT type of drive is used. For gates with a width (Sj) greater than 7000 mm, the MK type drive is used.

SAFE

The gate is equipped as standard with 10 edge safety strips, two sets of photocells and two emergency stop switches. Product compliance with European Union Directives. Standard PN EN 13241-1 + A1:2012

SELF-HANGING

The gate is suspended from the posts by special hinges and linkage assemblies. The gate does not require the installation of an additional rail in the ground or lintel.
