Fast and reliable Traffic folding gate. Operating speed at a nominal level of 0.6m/s. The gate is designed for intensive operation at the level of 250 cycles per day. Safety gate. Equipped with safety systems: photocells and edge safety strips. CE certificate confirming product compliance with the guidelines of PN EN 13241-1. Protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing or hot-dip galvanizing and polyester coating (Duplex system). The base is equipped with a console that stiffens the entire structure and allows transport by forklift.

Design

Gate leaf filled with 25x25 mm steel section. Sections welded to the structure. Posts were adjusted to the strength requirements of the whole structure.

CAME drive

TRAFFIC high-speed gates use CAME Ferni F1024 automation. The drives are managed by a CAME control unit located in an IP65-rated cabinet. The opening speed of the gate is about 0.6 m/s . The gate is designed to operate up to 250 cycles per day. We guarantee the correct operation of the gate in temperatures from -20 to +55 °C.

SAFE

The gate is available in Totmann or Automatik mode, depending on the required operation. The gate has been tested for compliance with the guidelines of PN EN 13241-1.

SELF-HANGING

A gate suspended from the posts by special hinges and linkage assemblies. The gate does not require the installation of an additional rail in the ground or lintel.
