Wash the surface with water and detergent under pressure, rinse and dry. Roughen smooth, compact surfaces to ensure adhesion. Absorbent, loose, loosely bonded substrates are recommended to be impregnated first. Mouldy, moss- and algae-infested areas should be cleaned and disinfected with a preparation intended for this purpose.
Mix the paint before painting. For the first application, dilute the paint with water in a ratio 3:1 (3 parts paint : 1 part water), or 2:1 (2 parts paint : 1 part water) in case of very dense surfaces.
Apply the paint with a brush, roller or spray equipment. Apply the second coat of undiluted paint in 2-3 coats. Apply the next coat after about 1 hour. At lower ambient temperatures the drying time should be prolonged.
