SlidePro sliding gate bronze 8014
The proven design of the gates in the modified version was adapted to the new type of leaf made of panels for the production of sectional gate leaves. As a result, SlidePro obtained exceptional aesthetic qualities, higher structural strength parameters and a very good thermal insulation coefficient.

SlidePro suspended garage door is designed for use in private, commercial and industrial buildings. It is built with one or two wings and a running rail fixed to the lintel. The leaf is made of 40 [mm] thick panels filled with CFC-free polyurethane foam.

Gate specifications:
Gate color: RAL8017
Thickness of panels: 40 mm
Structure: woodgrain
Leaf: Panel made of galvanized steel sheet, galvanized and painted on both sides with polyester paint, filled with high density PU foam g=42 kg/m3 without HCFCs
Watertightness: class 2 according to PN-EN 13241-1 p.4.4.2
Sealing: gate sealed around the entire perimeter (at the lintel and floor, brush seal, on the sides, rubber seal)

Gate leaf
It is made of sectional panels with a thickness of 40 [mm], filled with CFC-free polyurethane foam. The heat transfer coefficient for the panel is Up = 0.48 [W/m2xK].

Lock
The active and passive sashes are bolted in two points (at the top and bottom). In the active sash, a plastic handle is mounted on the outside and inside, a single-sided patent cylinder with access from the outside, from the inside the lock is operated by a bolt.

Running rail
It is made of hot-dip galvanized semi-closed steel section. The rail is suspended on brackets that allow adjustment in 2 planes. The rail has rubber bumpers at the ends to prevent the sash from slipping out.

Cover of the running rail
As standard, the running rail is equipped with a cover made of steel sheet, coated with polyester paint in the color of the gate.

Guide roller
The element that stabilizes and keeps the leaf vertical is a guide roller mounted (depending on the version of the gate) to the floor or the lower part of the walls adjacent to the mounting hole of the gate.

Top, bottom and side sealing
Optimum sealing at the door lintel and floor is provided by a brush seal. Side sealing is realized by EPDM rubber seals.
